I – Subject, Scope, and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions govern access, registration, ordering, and the sale of SHY.LŌAE products, as offered by Luana Bomfim, tax identification number 253353653, headquartered in Aveiro, Portugal, through the official website www.shyloae.com.
They apply to all purchase agreements concluded between Luana Bomfim and any individual placing an order through the aforementioned site.

For the purposes of these Terms:

• “SHY.LŌAE” refers to the exclusive products presented and sold via www.shyloae.com;
• “User” refers to any natural person placing an order on the website www.shyloae.com.

These Terms and Conditions shall in no way limit the statutory rights afforded to Users under applicable consumer protection laws.

IV – SHY.LŌAE Products

The website www.shyloae.com is designed exclusively for individuals who wish to acquire SHY.LŌAE products for personal, non-commercial use.

Product images are intended for illustrative purposes only. While every effort is made to faithfully represent our creations, slight variations in material or color may occur. Detailed descriptions accompany each product and should be reviewed carefully.

SHY.LŌAE reserves the right to update product information, pricing, promotions, and related content at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

All prices shown include VAT (23%).

Gift bags and premium packaging are available at a supplement of €2.00 during checkout, complimentary for orders above €200 (one gift bag per item).

V – Ordering Process

To order, Users should:

• Select the desired product(s) via the search menus or direct navigation;
• Add the item(s) to their personal Shopping Cart;
• Provide personal and delivery details;
• Confirm the selected shipping method, billing address, and payment information;
• Review and finalize the order.

Upon completion, the User will receive an Order Confirmation email, followed by a Shipment Confirmation once payment has been validated.

The order will then be delivered to the address indicated during checkout, accompanied by the corresponding invoice.

Submission of an order form constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the SHY.LŌAE Privacy Policy.

SHY.LŌAE reserves the right to decline or cancel orders in the following cases:

• Product unavailability;
• Payment failure or non-verification;
• Incorrect billing details;
• Suspected fraud;
• Intent to resell products;
• Inaccessible delivery addresses.

VII – Payment Methods and Security

Accepted methods of payment are those expressly indicated at www.shyloae.com.

Payments may be made by major credit cards, bank transfer, or MB Way.
For card payments, sensitive data is transmitted securely via encrypted protocol to our authorized payment processor, Stripe. SHY.LŌAE does not retain payment details for purposes other than the completion of transactions, issuance of refunds, or legal reporting obligations.

VIII – Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination country and the characteristics of the order.

Complimentary shipping applies to orders exceeding €200 for mainland Portugal and Europe (up to 1kg; islands excluded).

IX – Delivery Terms

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and dispatched to the delivery address provided.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 8 business days following payment validation, depending on stock availability.

Scheduling delivery dates is not available; recipients must ensure availability on the delivery day.

In case of failed delivery, the courier will either reschedule or leave instructions for package collection. Failure to collect the package within the stipulated timeframe will result in its return to SHY.LŌAE, with any associated costs charged to the User.

X – Right of Withdrawal (EU Only)

Users have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without justification, provided the products are unused, undamaged, complete with original tags, and returned in their original packaging.

Withdrawal must be communicated via email (general@shyloae.com) or through the contact form here.

Shipping costs for returns under the right of withdrawal are the User’s responsibility.

Refunds, including original delivery charges (excluding any surcharges chosen by the User), will be processed within 14 days following receipt and approval of the returned item(s).

Products returned with signs of use or damage will not qualify for a refund.

XI – Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

• Order Cancellation before Dispatch:
  Allowed by emailing orders@shyloae.com. Fully refundable if cancellation occurs prior to dispatch.
• Return of Defective Products:
  If products are found to be defective or non-compliant, the User should immediately contact orders@shyloae.com with a description and images, if possible. SHY.LŌAE will assume all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges of defective products.
• International Orders Outside the EEA:
  Returns are accepted only if shipments are sent “duties and taxes paid,” and import duties are deducted from the refund amount.
• Exchanges:
  Available within 14 days of receipt. Users must contact orders@shyloae.com to initiate the process. Return shipping costs are borne by the User; the replacement shipment will be free of charge.

XII – Product Quality

All SHY.LŌAE creations are crafted with the finest materials and meticulous attention to detail, never including seconds, defects, or misrepresentations.

Color fidelity may vary depending on monitor settings.

XIII – Customer Service and Complaints
