REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Should you wish to return or exchange your item, we invite you to review the policy outlined below, designed to ensure a seamless and respectful experience.

RETURNS

Returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
Returned items must remain in pristine, unworn condition, complete with original tags and packaging intact.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly email us at orders@shyloae.com, expressing your intention.
Following our validation, we will provide the delivery instructions.

Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

For international orders outside the EEA (including USA, UK, and Rest of the World), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Shipments must be made with “duties and taxes paid.”
  • Import duties and taxes will be deducted from the total refund amount.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Upon receipt and careful inspection of your returned item, and if approved, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the processing.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take up to 15 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

For international returns outside the EEA, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Import duties and taxes will also be deducted from the refund.

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the desired replacement in your email. Exchanged items will be shipped with complimentary standard delivery. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your exchange. Should any concerns arise, we will reach out via email or telephone (if provided).

EXCEPTIONS

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Pre-order items

For products received damaged or defective, we encourage you to contact us promptly so that we may arrange a resolution with elegance and care.

Important Notice (for international orders outside the EEA):

  • Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
