Yes. We ship worldwide from our atelier in Portugal. Delivery times and costs may vary according to destination and carrier.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the piece remains unworn and in perfect condition. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We deeply regret any inconvenience. Please contact our client care team within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll ensure a swift resolution.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order pieces are made to order in limited quantities. Payment is processed at the time of purchase, and delivery usually takes place within 2 to 4 weeks. You will be notified once your piece is ready to ship.
Can I modify or cancel my order after confirming it?
Once an order is confirmed, we begin the preparation process immediately. For that reason, cancellations or modifications are only possible within 24 hours after purchase and must request by e-mail.
